In order to promote information, skills, and technical expertise to support communities in strengthening their engagement in the Global Fund and related procedures at the national level, the CE SI seeks to temporarily connect technical specialists with communities and civil society.

At any point during the Global Fund funding cycle—from developing funding requests to issuing grants to overseeing grant execution and oversight, including reprogramming—countries are eligible to request TA.

The MENA Learning Hub helps in supporting communities to access TA. It assists their engagement with TA by sharing opportunities and directing them through the process of admission ensuring the submission is within the eligibility criteria. Also, they do an evaluation through interviews with CSOs to evaluate the process.
